Jordan has known she wanted to be a nurse since she was a young girl because she’s a compassionate person with a desire to help others. She studied nursing at Anoka-Ramey Community College and St. Catherine University and has worked as an RN since 2015. Her passion for the aesthetic industry started several years ago when she had services done by an Aesthetician and fell in love with the knowledge and passion the industry provided. Jordan made the decision to transition her career into being an Aesthetic Nurse, so she can focus on building and applying her knowledge and skills on anatomy, functionality, wellness, prevention and natural beauty.
Pamela Kendall
Medical Director

Pamela Kendall first started her career as a Cosmetologist. A few years later, she decided to follow her dreams and begin her journey in the medical field by becoming a Registered Nurse. She developed a love and knowledge for patient care while working as an RN, so she became a Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2007; she then took it even further and finished her Doctorate of Nursing in 2017. Pam fell in love with aesthetics along the way and has been actively working in this industry since 2002.
Bailey Winter
Licensed Esthetician
Bailey Graduated from the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis in 2009 and has since made her career a passion for making others feel good about their skin by offering in-depth treatments for the ongoing health and wellness of their complexion. Her initial education encompassed all facets of skin care for all types of skin using the most fundamental of ingredients. She has acquired extensive training, advanced knowledge, and hands-on experience with The International Dermal Institute. Bailey's services menu includes a full array of facials for all skin types incorporating electrical modalities, relaxation massage, full body waxing, and eyebrow/ eyelash tinting. She is motivated by continued education on progressive treatments and products to provide you with current knowledge to help ensure you and your skin are always healthy and beautiful.
Kierstin Rae Lee
RN, IHP
Kierstin has been a Registered Nurse since 2012. Throughout her years in nursing, Kierstin realized what she considered nursing, health, and healing, was different than the typical western cultural approach. She recognized that she resonates with nutrition, rest, exercise, finding the root cause, and supplementation when needed. This led her to become certified as an integrative health practitioner (IHP). Kierstin believes there is a time and place for western medicine approaches (emergency medicine, etc); but not for long term healing, finding root causes and dealing with unanswered medical issues. Becoming an IHP has provided Kierstin the knowledge and access to functional medicine lab testing and medical grade
supplements. Both of which can help her patients learn about their individualized body and truly heal. Working with patients and watching them heal from issues they have been suffering from for weeks to years, is truly Kierstin's passion.
Stephanie Pugh
RN, Aesthetic Nurse
Stephanie is a registered nurse with 20 years of experience in cardiology and transplant at the University of Minnesota. She is a certified injection specialist with her focus on neuromodulators (Botox, dysport, xeomin, Jeuveau) and PRP injections. Prior to her nursing career, Stephanie was a licensed cosmetologist and returns to her passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty and uplift their self-confidence by enhancing their appearance. Stephanie believes in enhancing each patient’s anatomy to provide exceptional, natural results with individualized treatments. Stephanie enjoys helping people feel and look their best and prides herself on establishing long lasting and trusting relationships with all her clients. She enjoys the cutting edge technologies of aesthetics, anti-aging and wellness.
Alexa Masserano
Lash Technician, Profession Makup Artist
Alexa is a licensed lash technician and has over 8 years of experience working as a professional makeup artist. Alexa has a true passion for lashes and goes the extra mile to guarantee the highest level of technical and artistic skill, giving you the most beautiful set of lashes. She is dedicated to enhancing your own natural beauty while maintaining comfort and safety! Alexa will be offering classic full sets/fills and will be adding more services on in the near future.
Madelynn Olsen
Advanced Practice Esthetician
Maddy is an AP Licensed Esthetician. She started her esthetic school journey in September 2022 and finished with her AP license at Savant Aesthetics Institute in May of 2023. Maddy then went on to work for a year at a facial bar developing her skills and gaining experience. Maddy has had a passion for beauty since she was young, and loves making people feel and look their best. She loves making people happy and feel good whilst building strong and lasting relationships. Services Maddy will be offering include Diamond Glow Facial, SkinPen, Chemical Peels and Customized Facials. She can also perform lash lift and tints, brow wax and tints, brow laminations, and brow henna. Maddy is always looking to learn and grow from the esthetics industry, and continues to further her education through advanced trainings as much as she can. Maddy looks forward to meeting you and helping you on your skin journey!
